Consulting For A Group Of Computer Hardware Retail Stores
September 2006 - Reciprocal provided consulting services to five online computer hardware stores.
After initial assessment, Reciprocal quickly identified serious problems with the existing online campaign. The issues included: broken ppc links that the customer was bidding on for over a month, targeting wrong keywords on natural search, disabled AdWords ads, misplaced conversion trackers, and poor over-congested landing pages.
After analyzing the situation, Reciprocal set goals and began work by overhauling the ppc and natural search marketing programs for three of the sites. Since the sites were already well spidered and optimized, our company was able to rank the one store for very competitive keywords within a two week period. This was the quickest response to our marketing efforts we have seen yet. We did so well that we actually have ranked above the OEM (manufacturer) for some of the targeted terms. Pay per click programs met the client's targeted 25% increase in sales within the first month after we started. Conversion costs have been lowered by over 30%. Reciprocal also suggested changes to site structure and landing pages to maximize the conversion rates even more.
